INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

AllaQuix® High Performance Stop Bleeding Gauze is for the Management of Minor Cuts, Minor Scalds and First-Degree Burns, Abrasions, and Lacerations

*For Topical Use Only

STEP 1: Open package and remove AllaQuix^® Stop Bleeding Gauze.

STEP 2: Apply AllaQuix^® Stop Bleeding Gauze to the wound.

STEP 3: Press AllaQuix^® Stop Bleeding Gauze on wound for 2-3 minutes or until bleeding stops. Secure with tape.

To remove, soak well with water. Remove within 24 hours.

CAUTION: For medical emergencies, serious wounds, or if bleeding persists, seek immediate professional medical help.

For medical emergencies, serious wounds, or if bleeding persists, seek immediate professional medical help. Does not replace stitches – seek medical attention if stitches needed. Do not use on visibly infected wounds – seek medical attention.

CAUTION

Store in a clean, dry place. Use by the expiration date on package. Sterilized by gamma irradiation. For one time use only. Do not re-sterilize. Do not reuse. Do not use if packaging is damaged.

Longer compression time may be necessary for patients who have high blood pressure or are overweight.

AllaQuix® High Performance Stop Bleeding Gauze is made from chitosan, which is derived from shellfish. Individuals with known shellfish allergies should exercise caution in the use of any product containing chitosan.
